When Cloud Gym may suit you better

We would rather you pick the right tool. These are the honest cases.

  • You run a gym with turnstiles and face recognition at the door.
  • You need Wellhub and TotalPass today. They are coming to elastudio, not there yet.
  • You want to keep your current card acquirer, such as Stone, Cielo or Rede.

Moving from Cloud Gym

  1. Export your files from Cloud Gym.
  2. In elastudio, open Settings > Import, pick Cloud Gym and upload each file as its guide says.
  3. Add your classes and passes, connect Stripe, and share your booking page.

Questions about switching

How much does Cloud Gym cost?

On its website, Studio is R$89.90 a month for up to 200 active clients plus a setup fee, Safira R$299.90, Suíte R$429.90 and Infinity R$649.90 a month (checked on 28 October 2026).

Can I bring my members from Cloud Gym?

Yes. Put your member list in a spreadsheet and import it into elastudio, matching the columns. If you want a hand, write to support@elastudio.app.

Does elastudio take a cut of my payments?

No. You pay a flat plan price. Stripe charges its own processing fees to your Stripe account, as with any system that uses Stripe.
