Questions people ask
Do I have to approve each booking?
No. Massages and treatments book instantly by default: the client picks a free time and the booking is confirmed at once. You can still switch a service to approval if you prefer.
Can each therapist keep their own hours?
Yes. A session is booked only when that therapist is free, and a connected Google Calendar keeps their personal appointments out of the times clients see.
Can two people book a massage or a treatment together?
Yes. A session has a price for the first person and a price for each extra person, so a couples massage or a treatment for two is one booking at the right price.
Can hotel or guesthouse guests book too?
Yes. Share your booking link with the front desk or in the room information. Guests book and pay by card, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
I run a spa. Which business type do I pick?
Pick Spa at sign-up. It works the same as a massage studio, and your admin, booking pages and e-mails say treatment instead of massage. You can change it later in Settings.
Does elastudio take a percentage of my sales?
No. On every plan, including Free, elastudio takes nothing from your sales. Your clients pay you through your own Stripe account, and you pay Stripe its processing fees directly, as you would anywhere.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They book on your booking pages or inside your own website, and can add yours to their home screen as an app with your name and logo.
Are the plans different for my kind of business?
