Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No, on any plan. You pay the flat plan price. Stripe charges its own card processing fees to your Stripe account, as it would with any software.
Is there a free trial?
Starter comes with 14 days free, billed monthly or yearly. You enter a card when you start the trial and nothing is charged for 14 days; cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Each studio gets one trial. Free has no time limit, so it needs no trial. Growth and Pro do not have a trial.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in two cases. Monthly plans: cancel within 7 days after your studio’s first monthly charge (after the trial, if you had one) and that charge is refunded in full, once per studio. Yearly plans: cancel within 30 days after a yearly charge, renewals included, and that charge is refunded in full; after 30 days there is no refund and the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. Either way your studio moves to Free. The full rules are in the terms of service.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan and no long contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Paying yearly costs about 25% less.
Which currency will I pay in?
The one you see on this page, set by where you are: studios in Brazil pay in reais, studios in Canada in Canadian dollars, and studios everywhere else in US dollars. Canadian prices are before tax; tax is added at checkout. The plans and features are the same everywhere, and the price you see is the price you are charged.
What counts as an active member?
Someone who booked or bought something that month. Past members stored in your list never count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up when your classes fill or down when you need less. Your members and history stay as they are.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your members and history belong to you. Write to support@elastudio.app and we will help you take them with you.
