W12 says EVO is priced on request, by number of locations and members. elastudio lists every plan on its pricing page, from Free to US$178 a month, with no setup fee.
A ready importer for EVO.
In Settings > Import, pick EVO (W12) under “I’m coming from...”. The guide lists each file in order, elastudio checks every row before saving, and you can undo an import for 7 days. On every plan.
No cut of your sales.
Members pay by card into your own Stripe account, and elastudio never takes a percentage of what you sell, on any plan.

Moving from EVO (W12)
- Export your lists from EVO (W12): members, passes, bookings and sales.
- In elastudio, open Settings > Import and pick EVO (W12) under “I’m coming from...”. Upload each file in the order the guide shows.
- Check the preview, import, connect Stripe and share your booking page. You can undo an import for 7 days.

Questions about switching
How much does EVO cost?
W12 does not publish EVO prices; they are given on request, by number of locations and members (checked on 28 October 2026). elastudio prices are on its pricing page, starting with a free plan.
Can I bring my data from EVO?
Yes. In Settings > Import, choose EVO (W12) under “I’m coming from...” and follow the files in order: members, passes, bookings and sales. W12 publishes little about its exports, so any column we do not recognise, you match yourself. If you want a hand, write to support@elastudio.app.
Does elastudio take a cut of my payments?
No. You pay a flat plan price. Stripe charges its own processing fees to your Stripe account, as with any system that uses Stripe.
