Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Change your studio's colours, fonts and layout

Open Settings, Theme to set your colours, fonts, corners, spacing, layouts, logo and icons. Changes stay in a draft with a live preview until you publish, and you can roll back to any earlier version.

What the theme changes

Your theme sets how members see your studio: the schedule, booking pages, the booking embed on your website, e-mails, and Stripe checkout and receipts where Stripe allows it. The admin keeps its own look.

Theme and layouts are on every plan, including Free. The owner and admins can open Theme: open Settings (the cog at the bottom of the menu) and, under What members see, select Theme.

Edit your theme

  1. Open Theme in Settings.
  2. In Colours, choose a Colour set (Light or Dark) and set each colour: Page, Cards, Text, Buttons and links, Button labels, Accent and the rest. Set both sets.
  3. In Members see, choose Follow their device, Always light or Always dark.
  4. In Type, choose fonts for Headings and Body text, then Text size and Heading weight. On Growth and up, Your own fonts lets you upload a font you have a licence for.
  5. In Shape and spacing, choose Corners, Buttons (Filled, Tinted, Outline or Pill) and Spacing.
  6. In Layouts, choose how the Schedule shows: List by day or Week grid. More layouts come later.
  7. Watch the Preview on Phone and Desktop, and switch it between Schedule and Prices. It is your members’ real page with your changes, in light and dark; links and buttons do nothing there. Choose Save draft to keep your work.

Fonts

Headings sets the font for titles, like class names. Body text sets the font for everything else members read. Each has a font picker, grouped by style, with every name drawn in its own font, and both offer the same full list:

  • Device font: the phone’s or computer’s own font.
  • Soft and friendly: Fraunces, Caprasimo, Young Serif and Corben.
  • Elegant titles: Playfair Display, Instrument Serif, Cormorant Garamond, DM Serif Display and Marcellus.
  • Serif: Lora, EB Garamond, Source Serif 4, Crimson Pro and Literata.
  • Sans serif: Inter, Poppins, DM Sans, Manrope, Archivo, Jost, Outfit, Figtree, Plus Jakarta Sans, Work Sans, Raleway, Josefin Sans, Mulish and Karla.
  • Rounded: Nunito, Quicksand, Comfortaa and Varela Round.

That is 32 fonts, all with open licences and served by elastudio itself, so members’ devices never download them from another company. Soft and friendly and Elegant titles read best at large sizes, so for body text a simple, clear font usually works better. Some fonts come in one weight, so Heading weight stays within what the font has. The sample under the pickers shows your choice.

Roca One is not in the list: its licence covers one website only, so it cannot be shared by every studio. Fraunces, in its soft style, is the closest look. If your studio has its own web licence for Roca One or another font, you can upload it on the Growth plan and up: see “Use your own font”.

Add your logo and icons

  1. In Theme, open Logo and icons.
  2. Choose Upload next to Logo on light backgrounds, Logo on dark backgrounds, Browser and home screen icon or Image for shared links. Use Replace to change a file and Remove to clear it.
  3. Choose Save draft, then publish. Members see new files only after you publish.
  • Logos: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. SVG is not accepted. Ideally wide, about 400 by 120 pixels.
  • Icon: a square PNG of at least 512 by 512 pixels. Without one, members see your studio’s initials.
  • Image for shared links: PNG, JPEG or WebP, about 1200 by 630 pixels, up to 5 MB.

Publish

  1. Check Readability. Every text and background pair must be easy to read in light and dark. If a pair is too hard to read, publishing is blocked and the pair is listed so you can fix it.
  2. Choose Publish, add a Note for the history if you like, and confirm.

Members see the new look on their next page load, on your pages and in the embed.

Roll back

Open History, find an earlier version and choose Roll back. The current version stays in the history and your draft is kept. Only the owner can roll back.

Your brand everywhere

Members see your studio’s name, colours and logo on every page and e-mail. elastudio appears only as one small “powered by elastudio” line. Your brand across pages, e-mails and receipts is on every plan, including Free.
