How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.
Payments and Pix
Your Stripe account, card and Pix checkout, refunds and receipts.
- Connect your Stripe accountMembers pay you through your own Stripe account. The studio owner connects an existing account or creates one from Payments, and elastudio sets it up for you.
- How members pay by card and PixMembers pay on one secure Stripe payment page that offers card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pix together. Monthly memberships are card only.
- Take Pix straight to your bankPix QR to your bank shows members a Pix code paid directly into the studio's bank account. Nothing is confirmed automatically: someone on your team checks the bank app and marks each payment paid in Pix review.
- Refund a paymentOpen the order in Sales and select Refund. Card and Pix paid online go back through Stripe; cash, card machine and Pix QR payments you return yourself, and elastudio records the refund.
- Record a payment at the desk and send receiptsUse New sale in Sales to sell a pass for cash, card machine, bank transfer or Pix, or leave it unpaid and send a payment link. Every sale gets an invoice in Stripe that the member can open from their account.
- What does Stripe charge, and does elastudio take a cut?elastudio takes no cut of your sales on any plan. Stripe charges its standard processing fees on your own Stripe account, and the studio pays them directly to Stripe.
- Let members book online and pay at the studioTurn on Members can book and pay at the studio and members can book a single class online and pay when they arrive. The seat is booked at once and you record the payment on the class list.
- Keep your passes and Stripe products in syncEvery pass, membership and private session in elastudio is also a product with a price in your Stripe account, so Stripe's reports and invoices match. A check runs every night and fixes anything that drifted; Sync now runs it at once.
- Answer a card disputeA dispute (or chargeback) is when a member asks their bank to take back a card payment. elastudio marks the order Disputed and e-mails you; you answer in your Stripe Dashboard before Stripe's deadline.
