How members buy and pay, at a glance
Members buy passes and monthly plans online, by card or Pix, or at your front desk. A pass is one payment. A monthly plan renews by card automatically, or by Pix with an invoice by e-mail each month.

Online Pix needs a studio that sells in R$ with Pix through Stripe active. Without it, members pay online by card.
A pass bought online
The member chooses the pass on your pricing page or while booking, picks How to pay and pays on a secure Stripe page, by card or Pix. It is one payment. The pass does not renew; when it runs out or expires, the member buys another. See How members pay by card and Pix.
A monthly plan bought online, by card
Under How to pay, the member chooses Card. The text under it says: “Renews every month on the same day, charged to your card automatically. You can cancel from your account.”
- The first month is paid now.
- Every month after that, Stripe charges the card on the same day.
- In their account, under Passes, the member sees Renews on with the date, and Update card.
A monthly plan bought online, by Pix
Under How to pay, the member chooses Pix. The text under it explains how the next months are paid.
- At purchase: the member pays the plan’s minimum commitment together, at least one month. A plan of R$160 a month with a 2 month minimum costs R$320 at checkout. The text says: “The first 2 months are your minimum commitment, so they are paid together now. After that, an invoice comes by e-mail every month, with 3 days to pay by Pix or card.”
- The months paid: the plan works as usual. In their account the member sees Next invoice on with the date, by e-mail (pay by Pix or card).
- 3 days before the renewal: the member gets the invoice e-mail with a Pay now link. The invoice is due on the renewal day.
- The pay page: it shows the amount and the due date, with Pay by Pix and Pay by card. Under the card button, the box Charge this card automatically in the coming months. Ticked, the card is kept and the plan becomes a normal card plan from then on, with no more invoice e-mails.
Members can also select Add a card in their account at any time. From then on, the plan is charged to that card automatically.
Note: Promo codes cannot be used with Pix for a monthly plan yet. When the member chooses Pix, the code field is hidden.
When an invoice is not paid
If the invoice is not paid by its due date, the plan is past due. Bookings stay allowed for your grace period (3 days by default), then new bookings are refused until it is paid. The Pay now link keeps working the whole time.
At the front desk
Nothing changed at the desk. In Sales, select New sale:
- A pass: the member pays with Cash, Card machine, Pix marked by hand or Bank transfer, or you choose Pay later and send a payment link.
- A monthly plan: under How it renews, choose Renews monthly by Pix (the first month is paid at the desk and the member gets a Pix link before each renewal), or Card, by payment link to send the member a link to pay by card.
See Record a payment at the desk and send receipts.
What you see in Stripe
Every online payment lands in your own Stripe account. A monthly plan paid by Pix is a real Stripe subscription, billed by invoice: Stripe shows the subscription, one invoice per period and the payment that paid it. The first invoice carries a note explaining that the months were charged together.
