Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

What does Stripe charge, and does elastudio take a cut?

elastudio takes no cut of your sales on any plan. Stripe charges its standard processing fees on your own Stripe account, and the studio pays them directly to Stripe.

No cut from elastudio

elastudio never takes a percentage or a fee from your members’ payments, on any plan. You pay elastudio only your plan, and that is billed separately. Members pay the price you set, with nothing added by elastudio.

Stripe’s fees

Your members’ payments are processed by your own Stripe account, so Stripe charges its standard fees to your studio and takes them from your balance before paying out to your bank. They are the same fees you would pay using Stripe without elastudio. Your Stripe Dashboard shows the fee on every payment.

For a studio in Brazil, Stripe’s Brazil pricing page (stripe.com/br/pricing, checked 9 Oct 2026) listed:

  • Domestic card: 3.99% + R$0.39 per payment. International cards: 2% more. Currency conversion: from 2%.
  • Pix: 1.19% per payment, for accounts Stripe has invited to Pix.
  • Subscriptions (monthly memberships billed by card): an extra 0.7% for Stripe Billing.
  • Card disputes: R$55, plus R$55 to contest one.

The same page listed when money reaches you: card payments after 30 days, Pix after 2 business days.

Stripe may also charge its invoicing fee on paid invoices, including the invoices elastudio records for cash and Pix QR sales. Stripe sets and changes its prices on its own, so always check the current page for your country (for Canada, stripe.com/en-ca/pricing) or your Stripe Dashboard before relying on these numbers.

Ways to pay less in fees

  • Pix QR to your bank (on every plan) sends Pix straight to your bank account, with no Stripe processing fee on the Pix itself. Your bank’s own Pix fees, if any, still apply.
  • Cash, card machine and bank transfer payments recorded at the desk have no Stripe processing fee. Your card machine provider charges its own fees.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds and disputes happen on your Stripe account, and Stripe’s rules for them apply. You answer disputes in your Stripe Dashboard. elastudio flags a disputed order as Disputed and tells you by e-mail.

Note: elastudio’s own plan is a separate charge. See your plan in the plans and billing articles.
