How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Where members see elastudio, and why it stays

Members see your studio's name and brand everywhere. elastudio appears only in one small footer line, "powered by elastudio" ("feito com elastudio" in Portuguese), which no plan or setting can hide, and in the web address when members book on elastudio.app.

Your brand, not ours

A member deals with your studio, not with elastudio. Your name, logo and colours appear on:

  • your booking pages, the schedule and the member account
  • the booking embed on your own website
  • page titles, the link preview when someone shares a page, and the installable app’s name and icon
  • every e-mail: the sender name, the subject and the body
  • calendar invitations for bookings
  • receipts and invoices, which carry your Stripe branding

Staff see elastudio in the admin. Members do not.

One small line, in your theme’s muted text colour, links to elastudio.app. It says “powered by elastudio” on English pages and “feito com elastudio” on Portuguese pages, following the page language. It appears:

  • once at the bottom of each full member page
  • once at the bottom of each e-mail
  • once at the bottom of each booking element on your website

It never appears inside booking sheets, checkout or dialogs.

Note: The footer line can never be hidden, on any plan. No setting removes it.

The web address

When members book at elastudio.app/your-studio, that address shows in the browser. When they book through the embed on your own website, the address is yours and elastudio does not appear at all.

Places we do not control

  • Google sign-in. When a member signs in with Google, Google’s screen shows the name of elastudio’s sign-in app, “elastudio”. One app serves every studio.
  • Stripe pages. Stripe’s own payment pages show “Powered by Stripe”.
  • The e-mail address. E-mails show your studio’s name as the sender, and replies go to your studio’s e-mail. The sending address itself is on elastudio’s domain. Sending from your own domain is a Pro feature that is coming soon.

Your brand on pages, e-mails and receipts is on every plan, including Free.
