Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

What the Today page shows

Today is the first page of the admin. It shows what is waiting for you, today's classes, how full this week is, and any ready-made or saved reports you pinned as tiles.

Open it

Today is the first item in the admin menu and the first tab on a phone. The Today page is on every plan, including Free.

What you see, from top to bottom

Waiting for you. Things someone needs to act on, one row each with a count:

  • Private session requests, with the number to approve, or Nothing to approve.
  • Pix payments, when Pix QR payments are waiting to be confirmed or Pix needs to be sent back.

Select a row to open that list. This section shows only what your role can act on.

Coming up. Today’s classes. Select a class to see its details and who is coming, check people in or edit it. Teachers see this as Your classes, with only the classes they teach. If nothing is on today, you see No classes today and when the next class is.

This week. The number of classes in the next seven days, how many spots are booked out of the total (for example “48 of 60 spots booked”) and how many people are on waitlists.

Pinned reports. Ready-made and saved reports shown as tiles: a number, a short table, a bar chart or a line chart. Each person sees the numbers they are allowed to see, so a teacher’s tile shows only their own classes. Pinned reports show for people who have access to reports.

Pin a report to Today

  1. Open Reports and open a ready-made report, or one you saved. Set the Period, Group by and Per you want: the tile keeps them.
  2. Choose Pin to Today.
  3. In Show it as, choose A number, A table (the first 10 rows), A bar chart or A line chart.
  4. The owner and admins also choose Who sees the tile: Only me or Everyone who can run this report. A ready-made report can be pinned for everyone straight away; a saved report must be shared first.
  5. Choose Pin.

A report that is pinned shows Pinned to Today. To change or remove a tile, open its menu on Today and choose Open report, a new way to show it, or Unpin. You can also choose Unpin from Today on the report page; if the report has several tiles, you pick which one.

Note: Pinning reports to Today comes with the Starter plan and up. On Free, the Pin button is off and the sheet says so. Tiles pinned before a move to a smaller plan keep showing, and you can still move or unpin them.
