Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Check people in from the class list

Open the class and use Who is coming. Mark each person here or as a no-show, or select Mark all present. Check-in opens 2 hours before class and can be changed until 7 days after.

Open the class list

Open Schedule, tap the class and look at Who is coming. At the top you see the counts, for example “12 booked, 9 here, 2 no-show”. The list works well on a phone at the door, and it is included on every plan.

If a member added a profile photo in their account, it shows next to their name, so you recognise them at the door. Otherwise you see their initials.

Next to names you may see:

  • First visit: the person’s first class at your studio.
  • Not paid: staff added the person as an unpaid reservation.
  • Pay at studio: R$ 70,00: the member booked online to pay at the studio. Select Record payment under the name, choose how they paid (Cash, Card machine or Pix marked by hand) and select Record payment. The booking is marked paid and the receipt is issued.
  • Waiting list, 2: their place on the waiting list.
  • Could not move up: a spot opened but the person had nothing valid to pay for it.

Check people in

  1. Tap the attended or no-show control next to each name.
  2. Or select Mark all present to check in everyone at once, then fix the few who did not come.

Check-in opens 2 hours before class. Attendance can be changed until 7 days after class. Marking attendance never changes credits: the credit was used when the person booked.

Remove someone

Open the actions next to the name and choose Remove from class (or Remove from waiting list). Then choose What happens to the class:

  • Give the class back: the credit returns to the member’s pass or plan.
  • Late cancellation: the class is used.
  • No-show: the class is used.

Keep Tell the member by e-mail on if they should hear about it. Removing someone booked to pay at the studio frees the seat and cancels their unpaid order, with nothing to refund.

Who can do what

The owner, admins and front desk see every class list and can add, remove, check in and record payments. Teachers see the classes they teach and check people in there. Teachers see names (and photos, for members who added one), but not e-mail or phone, unless the owner turns on Teachers see members’ e-mail and phone under Settings, Booking rules. Teachers see a Not paid tag when someone has not paid, so they can send them to the desk, but never staff notes, health notes or the amount owed.
