Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Set up rooms and use the room calendar

Add rooms under Locations and rooms, each with a description and a break between uses (10 minutes to start). The room calendar refuses any second booking of a room at the same time.

Add a location and its rooms

  1. Open Locations and rooms (in Settings, under Studio; on a phone, Settings is under More).
  2. Select New location and fill in Name, Address, Map link and How to get there. Turn on Main location for the place new classes start at.
  3. Select Add room and fill in:
    • Room name and Usual spots.
    • Description, one per language: what the room is like. Members see it under the room name when they open a class, on your booking page and in the booking widget (not on private sessions). A language left empty shows the studio’s main language instead, and the room is marked Description missing.
    • Break between uses (minutes): time kept free after every class, private session or block, for cleaning and setup. New rooms start at 10 minutes; you can set 0 to 240.
    • Order and an optional Photo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB).
  4. Select Save.

The owner and admins manage rooms. Free includes 1 room, Starter 3, and Growth and Pro unlimited rooms. The room calendar and new room blocks start on the Starter plan. On Free, the room view shows a short explainer instead, and blocks made before keep blocking.

The room calendar

Open Schedule and switch Show to Rooms. You see one column per room for a day or a week (a day list per room on a phone). Classes are solid, private sessions use the accent colour, requests waiting for approval are striped and blocks are hatched. The faded end of each use is the room’s break.

Tap free time to add a New class, a New private session or to Block room.

No double booking

Two uses of one room never overlap, break included. If you create or move a class, a private session or a block onto a taken room, nothing is saved and elastudio shows what is in the way. A pending private session request also holds its room until it is approved, declined or expires. Classes with no room never clash.

Block a room

Use Block room for maintenance or a private rental: choose the Room, a Name, From, Start time, Until, End time and an optional Note. Only staff see blocks; members just see the time as not available. Front desk can block rooms too.

Note: A room that still has future classes, private sessions or blocks cannot be archived. Move or cancel them first.
