Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Share your booking page with members

Your studio has its own booking address on elastudio.app. Share that link anywhere members find you, or put booking inside your own website.

Your booking address

Every studio gets an address made of elastudio.app/ and a short name for the studio, chosen when you create your studio. That page shows your schedule, your prices and booking, with your name, logo and colours. In Website, on the Settings tab, Public pages, you choose which pages members see besides the schedule: Prices, Teachers, Private sessions and About the studio.

Share it wherever members look for you:

  • the link in your Instagram profile;
  • your Google Business profile;
  • the messages and e-mails you already send to members;
  • a printed QR code at reception.

To copy the link or download its QR code, open Website, and on How members book choose Your elastudio page: it has Copy link, Open and Download QR code.

What members see

Members do not need an account before they book. They choose a class, type their name and e-mail, and confirm with a 6-digit code we e-mail them. Then they pay by card (or Pix, for studios in Brazil), or use a pass they already have.

Your page carries your brand everywhere. The only mention of elastudio is a small footer line, “powered by elastudio” in English and “feito com elastudio” in Brazilian Portuguese. It shows on every plan and cannot be hidden.

Members can also install your studio on their phone’s home screen. It opens like an app, with your name and icon. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Booking inside your own website

If you have a website, you can show your schedule, prices and booking there, so members never leave your site. Open Website, and on How members book choose Booking blocks on your website: add your site’s address, choose what to show and copy the code into your site. See Add booking to your own website.

Booking on your own website is on every plan, including Free.

Note: Links in the e-mails members get, such as booking confirmations, point to your booking address, or to your website if you set booking up there.

Before you share

Check that your schedule and passes are in place and that payments are connected. Then open your address on your own phone, as a member would, and book a test class.
