Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Run your studio from your phone

The studio admin works the same on a phone and a computer. Every page and action is on both, so you can manage the day from your phone and do bigger jobs at a desk.

One admin, two screen sizes

The admin is built for phones and computers equally. Nothing is computer only: every page and every action exists on both. You open it in your browser at your studio address followed by /admin and sign in with the e-mail address the studio invited. You can also sign in once at app.elastudio.app, which lists every studio where you have a profile. See Sign in to your studio.

There is no app to download. To reach it in one tap, add a shortcut to your home screen from your browser’s menu.

On a phone

A bar at the bottom holds the pages you use most:

  • Today: the day at a glance, plus approvals waiting for you, such as private session requests and Pix review;
  • Schedule: your classes, with Rooms inside it;
  • Members;
  • Sales;
  • More: your profile and Settings at the top, Private sessions, Events, Promo codes and Reports, and Report a problem.

Wide pages change shape to fit. The room calendar becomes a list per room for the day, and reports become cards.

On a computer

A sidebar on the left lists the pages in one section, Studio: Today, Schedule, Members, Private sessions, Sales, Events, Promo codes and Reports.

At the bottom of the sidebar are Report a problem, your profile picture and a cog. The profile picture opens My profile (where you also change the admin’s language), My schedule for people who teach, and Sign out. The cog opens Settings: the sidebar turns into the settings menu, with the way back to the main menu at its top. For the owner and admins it opens on About the studio.

The settings menu

Settings groups its pages under six headings:

  • Studio: About the studio, Locations and rooms, Languages and time zone.
  • People: Teachers, Studio availability, Staff.
  • What you sell: Class types, Passes and memberships, Private session settings, Booking rules.
  • Money: Payments, Plan and usage.
  • What members see: Website, Theme, Messages, Privacy and legal.
  • Tools: Import, Activity.

On a phone, open More and choose Settings to see the same list.

Collapse the menu

On a computer or any screen at least 1024 pixels wide, select Collapse menu at the top of the sidebar to shrink it to a narrow strip of icons and give the page more room. Point at an icon to see its name; counts, such as Pix to confirm, still show. Select Expand menu to open it again.

elastudio remembers your choice for you on that browser, so the next time you sign in there the menu looks the same. On a phone the menu does not change: it stays as the bar at the bottom.

What you see depends on your role

The owner and admins see every page. Front desk and teachers see fewer, because the menu only shows what their role can do. A teacher, for example, sees their own classes and the names of who is coming. Front desk also has the cog, with Passes and memberships only.

Note: A dedicated admin app for iPhone and Android is planned for later. The admin in the browser has every feature in the meantime.
