Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Connect your Stripe account

Members pay you through your own Stripe account. The studio owner connects an existing account or creates one from Payments, and elastudio sets it up for you.

Before you start

Stripe is the payment company that processes your members’ cards and Pix. Every sale goes into your own Stripe account and is paid out to your bank by Stripe. elastudio never holds your money and never takes a cut of your sales, on any plan.

Only the studio owner connects or disconnects Stripe. Admins see the other payment settings on the same page.

Connect Stripe

  1. Open Payments (in Settings, under Money; on a phone, Settings is under More).
  2. Choose one of the two options:
    • Connect my Stripe account, if you already have one. You sign in to Stripe and allow elastudio. Your history, customers and Pix stay as they are.
    • Create a Stripe account, if you need one. Stripe’s own form opens inside elastudio and asks for your business and bank details.
  3. Finish every step Stripe asks for. If you stop halfway, select Continue with Stripe later. If the form does not open, use Open on Stripe’s site instead.

elastudio never sees your bank or identity details. Stripe collects them.

What elastudio sets up

Right after connecting, a Setup checklist runs on its own:

  • Payment methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pix when your account has it.
  • Your logo and colours on Stripe’s payment pages, receipts and invoices.
  • Name on card statements: how the studio shows on a member’s statement.
  • Invoices and receipts, Members’ billing page, Payment updates, Members’ languages.
  • Products and prices: your passes and memberships become Stripe products.

Each row shows Done, Needs you, Not available or Waiting. Select Check again after fixing something in Stripe.

The Account card shows whether the account Takes payments and Pays out to your bank, and the state of Cards and Pix.

Note: In Brazil, Stripe turns Pix on by invitation. Until it does, members pay by card, or with a Pix QR code to your bank if you set one up.

Disconnecting

Disconnect Stripe stops online payments and private session requests at once. Active memberships keep billing on your Stripe account, but elastudio stops hearing about those payments. Your Stripe account, customers and history stay yours.
