Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Edit one class, the following ones or the whole series

Open the class and select Edit class. Under Change which classes, pick Only this class, This and the following classes, or The whole series. Past classes never change.

Edit a class

  1. Open Schedule and tap the class.
  2. Select Edit class.
  3. If the class is part of a series, choose under Change which classes:
    • Only this class: the rest of the series stays as it is.
    • This and the following classes: classes before this date stay as they are.
    • The whole series: every upcoming class changes. Past classes stay as they were.
  4. Change what you need (time, length, teacher, room, spots, booking options) and select Save changes.

The owner, admins and front desk can edit classes. Teachers cannot edit the schedule.

Telling booked members

When a change touches classes with bookings, elastudio asks Tell the booked members? and shows how many classes and people are affected. The box E-mail the booked members about this change is recommended for a new time, teacher or place, and not needed for a change of spots. Each person gets the e-mail in their own language. If you leave it off, members see the change the next time they open the schedule. Bookings are kept either way.

Rules worth knowing

  • A class you changed on its own keeps that change when you later edit the whole series for the same detail.
  • You cannot lower the spots below the number of people already booked. Move or cancel bookings first.
  • If the new time or room clashes with another use of the room, nothing is saved, not even part of the change. Pick another time or room.

Change when a series ends

Edit any class of the series, choose This and the following classes or The whole series, and change Ends: Keep the current end, On a date or No end date.

Note: Moving the end earlier cancels the classes after it. Their bookings get their credits back and members are told, exactly as when you cancel a class. Extending the end adds the new dates.
