Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Messages from elastudio at the top of your admin

elastudio sometimes posts a short note at the top of the admin, such as news or a heads-up about a change. Only your team sees it, never your members, and each person can dismiss it for themselves.

What they are

Now and then elastudio puts a short note at the top of your admin, in an area called Messages from elastudio: for example a new feature, planned maintenance or a change that affects studios like yours. Each one has a title and a few lines of text, and some have a Learn more link that opens in a new tab.

Some notes are information; others are warnings, about something you may want to act on, and stand out more.

You do not need to set anything up. They show on every plan.

Who sees them

  • Only your team, in the admin. Members never see them: not on your booking pages, not in e-mails, not in the booking widget.
  • A note may be meant for every studio, or only for studios in some countries, on some plans or of some business types, or only for some roles (for example owners and admins). You see the ones meant for you.
  • At most three show at a time.
  • They come in your admin language when elastudio wrote one, otherwise in English.

Dismiss one

Choose Dismiss on the note. It goes away for you, in every studio where you work. Everyone else on your team still sees it until they dismiss it too.

A note you do not dismiss goes away by itself when it ends, after 90 days at most.
