Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Your own profile in the admin

My profile has its own menu: Your details (photo, name, phone, language and personal details), Sign-in and security, and My schedule for anyone who teaches. Open it from your picture (or initials) at the bottom of the menu.

Open your profile

Select your picture, or your initials, at the bottom of the menu and choose My profile. Everyone on the team has one, whatever their role.

Like Settings, My profile replaces the menu with its own sections, each its own page:

  • Your details: your photo, name, phone, language and personal details.
  • Sign-in and security: the e-mail you sign in with, your password and two-step verification, and signing out.
  • My schedule: your classes, your hours for private sessions and your Google Calendar. It shows for anyone who teaches, and for the owner and admins. The article on My schedule explains it.

Select Main menu at the top to go back. On a phone, open More and select your name at the top: the sections show as a list.

Your photo

  1. In Your details, select Add a photo (or Change photo).
  2. Pick a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo, under 20 MB.
  3. In Frame your photo, drag the photo (or use the arrow keys) and use Zoom until it sits well in the circle.
  4. Select Save photo.

Your photo shows in the menu, in More and in the team list. If you teach, members also see it on your classes, unless the studio chose a teacher photo for you in Teachers: that one always wins. Where and when the photo was taken, and the camera, are removed before it is kept.

Remove photo deletes it for good, and your initials show instead.

Members can add their own photo in their account. It is private: only the member and your team see it, never other members or public pages. See Find a member and read their profile.

Name and phone

  • First name (required) and Last name (optional): your team sees this name in the admin, and the studio’s e-mails to you use it. On classes, members see the name set for you in Teachers, so change it there for the schedule.
  • Phone (optional): start with the country code, for example +5511912345678.

Select Save to keep them.

Language

Language changes the admin’s language right away. It is saved on your profile, so it follows you to every device, and the studio’s e-mails to you use it too. The “Learn more” links in the admin’s help tips open the help centre in that language.

Personal details

Personal details are optional: Gender, Address, City, State or province and Postal code. Only the owner and admins see them. If you choose Let me describe and write your gender In your own words, you tick a box to agree the studio may keep it; you can delete it at any time.

Select Save personal details to keep them. How the studio uses your details opens the studio’s privacy notice for its team.

Sign-in and security

You sign in with a code or a link sent to your Sign-in e-mail, or with Google using the same address. You can also add a Password, which opens the admin only together with Two-step verification (a code from an authenticator app on your phone). See Sign in to the admin with a password and Set up two-step verification.

To use another address, select Change e-mail, type the New e-mail and select Send confirmation. To keep your account safe, you may first be asked for a code sent to your current address. The new address only takes over once you type the code sent to it. The change applies everywhere you sign in with this e-mail; your old address is told, with a way to undo it within 7 days, and you can change it again only after those 7 days.

Sign out signs you out on this device only.
