Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Move from Arketa to elastudio

Bring your members, passes, bookings and sales over from Arketa in an afternoon. You export each list from Arketa, upload it in elastudio, check it, and import. Nothing is saved until you press Import, and you can undo an import for 7 days.

How Arketa exports

Arketa exports every report from Analytics, Reports: pick the report, click Export, choose the data points and CSV. A year of bookings can take up to five minutes.

Before you start

In elastudio, go to Settings, Import, choose Arketa under I’m coming from… and follow the files in order. Create your passes and memberships in elastudio first, with the same names as in Arketa, so members’ passes find them. Some column names come from the platform’s help pages and may have changed: any column we do not recognise, you match yourself.

Only the owner and admins can import, on every plan, including Free.

File 1: Clients

  1. In Analytics, Reports, open Client’s Last Visit (it lists every client with a visit).
  2. Click Export, tick every data point and choose CSV, then Download report. Or, with the permission, export the client list as CSV.

File 2: Credit balances and subscriptions

  1. Export the Credit Balances report as CSV for class packs.
  2. Export Active Subscriptions as CSV for memberships, and upload it as a second file of this kind.
  3. If the file has no e-mail column, add one (copy it from the members file): bookings, passes and sales find each member by e-mail.
  4. Create the same passes and memberships in elastudio first (Settings, Passes and memberships), with the same names as in the file.

File 3: Bookings

  1. Export the Bookings report as CSV for the dates you need (Private Bookings has the private sessions).
  2. If the file has no e-mail column, add one (copy it from the members file): bookings, passes and sales find each member by e-mail.
  3. Past bookings need their classes: import the past classes first with a Schedule file (date, time, class type, teacher).

File 4: All payments

  1. Export the All Payments report as CSV.
  2. If the file has no e-mail column, add one (copy it from the members file): bookings, passes and sales find each member by e-mail.

Upload each file

  1. In the guide, choose Upload this file next to the file. The page says it is using the Arketa template.
  2. Check the column matches. The columns the template knows are already matched. Choose a field for any column left on Ignore this column, or leave it ignored.
  3. Check Dates in the file. The template sets it, and you can change it to day first, month first or year first.
  4. Choose Preview, then Check every row. Nothing is saved yet.
  5. Choose Continue to import, then Import now.

Once a file is in, the guide marks it Imported and you move on to the next one. Rows Arketa exports that are not real data, such as cancelled visits or unpaid orders, show as left out in the check, never as errors.

If your file looks different

This guide is based on Arketa’s public help pages. Some menus and column names may have changed since we checked them on 27 Oct 2026.

Nothing blocks the import when a column is not recognised:

  • Any column elastudio does not recognise stays on Ignore this column. Match it to an elastudio field yourself, or leave it out.
  • Use Save this column match as to keep your matches for the next file of the same kind.
  • If the guide does not fit your screens at all, choose Another system or a spreadsheet under I’m coming from… and match every column yourself, as in Import members from a spreadsheet.

Want a better guide for Arketa? Send the first row of your file (the column names only, never member data) to support@elastudio.app and we update the template.

What never comes over

Marketing, WhatsApp and SMS consent (members give it again in elastudio), card details, and identity documents.

Note: Arketa also has a public API: partner API with a key from Settings, Integrations; mostly read only, 25 requests a second (API documentation). elastudio imports files only; connecting to a platform’s API is not available yet.
