Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Move from Momoyoga to elastudio

Bring your members, passes, bookings and sales over from Momoyoga in an afternoon. You export each list from Momoyoga, upload it in elastudio, check it, and import. Nothing is saved until you press Import, and you can undo an import for 7 days.

How Momoyoga exports

Momoyoga exports members, orders and each teacher’s classes as Excel, CSV or TSV. Only the owner or a teacher with Full access can export, on a paid plan. Pick CSV in the pop-up.

Before you start

In elastudio, go to Settings, Import, choose Momoyoga under I’m coming from… and follow the files in order. Create your passes and memberships in elastudio first, with the same names as in Momoyoga, so members’ passes find them. Some column names come from the platform’s help pages and may have changed: any column we do not recognise, you match yourself.

Only the owner and admins can import, on every plan, including Free.

File 1: Yogis

  1. In Momoyoga, open Yogis.
  2. Click Export, choose CSV and download the file.

Status and Orders are not imported. Momoyoga does not export each member’s credits: add their passes in the next files or by hand.

File 2: Teacher export (who came to each class)

  1. Open Teachers and click a teacher.
  2. Click Export, pick the start and end dates, choose CSV and download.
  3. Repeat for each teacher. Before uploading, import the past classes with the Schedule file so each booking finds its class.

This export is made for paying teachers, so its columns may differ: match any column we leave on Ignore.

File 3: Orders

  1. Open Orders and click Export at the top right.
  2. Pick the period (all of it, if you can) and leave the method and paid filters on all.
  3. Choose CSV and download.

Unpaid orders are left out: only paid and refunded sales are history.

Upload each file

  1. In the guide, choose Upload this file next to the file. The page says it is using the Momoyoga template.
  2. Check the column matches. The columns the template knows are already matched. Choose a field for any column left on Ignore this column, or leave it ignored.
  3. Check Dates in the file. The template sets it, and you can change it to day first, month first or year first.
  4. Choose Preview, then Check every row. Nothing is saved yet.
  5. Choose Continue to import, then Import now.

Once a file is in, the guide marks it Imported and you move on to the next one. Rows Momoyoga exports that are not real data, such as cancelled visits or unpaid orders, show as left out in the check, never as errors.

If your file looks different

This guide is based on Momoyoga’s public help pages. Some menus and column names may have changed since we checked them on 27 Oct 2026.

Nothing blocks the import when a column is not recognised:

  • Any column elastudio does not recognise stays on Ignore this column. Match it to an elastudio field yourself, or leave it out.
  • Use Save this column match as to keep your matches for the next file of the same kind.
  • If the guide does not fit your screens at all, choose Another system or a spreadsheet under I’m coming from… and match every column yourself, as in Import members from a spreadsheet.

Want a better guide for Momoyoga? Send the first row of your file (the column names only, never member data) to support@elastudio.app and we update the template.

What never comes over

Marketing, WhatsApp and SMS consent (members give it again in elastudio), card details, and identity documents.
