Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Create a promo code

Open Promo codes, select New code, choose a percentage or a fixed amount and set who can use it and when. Members type the code at checkout; staff can add it at the desk.

Before you start

Promo codes start on the Starter plan. Below Starter, Promo codes in the menu shows a small lock and opens a short page that explains them. Codes made before stay listed and can be changed or deleted, but no code works at checkout until you move up. Only the owner and admins create and change codes. Front desk staff can see them.

Create a code

  1. Open Promo codes (in the main menu; on a phone, under More).
  2. Select New code.
  3. Type the Code, for example BEMVINDO10: 3 to 32 letters, digits or hyphens. Upper and lower case work the same.
  4. Add a Name for the team. Members never see it.
  5. Under Discount, choose A percentage (1 to 100) or A fixed amount.
  6. Leave Applies to everything on, or turn it off and choose kinds (All passes, All memberships, All private sessions, All event tickets) or single products.
  7. Set Active from and, if you want an end, Active until. Both days count, in the studio’s time zone.
  8. Choose the limits you need, then save.

Limits

  • One use per member: the same person cannot use it twice.
  • New members only: only people who have never paid an order.
  • Total uses: empty means no limit.
  • Minimum order: zero means no minimum.
  • On recurring memberships: First payment only, The first few months (with a Number of months, 1 to 36) or Every payment.

Where the code is used

Members select Have a promo code? when buying or booking, in your booking pages and on your website. At the desk, staff type it in the Promo code step of a new sale, or open an unpaid order and select Add promo code.

The discount applies to the tax-included price of the items it covers. A fixed amount larger than the order brings it to zero, never below. A zero total is confirmed without a payment step.

Statuses and changes

The list shows each code as Scheduled, Active, Expired, Limit reached or Disabled, with how many times it was used. A use waiting for payment is held for that member and released if the order expires unpaid.

  • Once a code has been used, its discount and what it applies to cannot change. You can still change its dates and limits.
  • Select Disable to stop a code at once. Enable turns it back on.
  • Only codes nobody has used can be deleted. A full refund does not free up a use.
