Get your studio set up on elastudio
Create your studio yourself at app.elastudio.app/start, with your e-mail or Google. It takes a few minutes and starts on the Free plan.
Create your studio
Go to app.elastudio.app/start, or use Create your studio, free anywhere on this site. Sign-up has one required step and two optional ones.
- Your studio and your account. Type your studio’s name and pick its booking link:
elastudio.app/followed by a short name, suggested from the studio’s name. Then sign up with Google, or with your e-mail and the 6-digit code we send you. Add your name, your country (and province in Canada), city, time zone and what your studio teaches, accept the Terms and tap Create my studio. - About your studio (optional). A few questions, such as how many members you have and what you use today for bookings. If you name another booking platform, your dashboard points you to the member import.
- Your brand (optional). Give us your website and we pick up your logo, colours and fonts, or upload your logo and choose one colour.
You land on your studio’s dashboard. Your members book at your booking link, and you and your team sign in at app.elastudio.app next time (see Sign in to your studio).
From there you add your classes, prices and team yourself. The setup checklist article lists what to do first, in order. Stuck or moving a large member list? Write to support@elastudio.app.
Note: You can start on the Free plan, which has no time limit. Starter comes with a 14-day free trial.
Who can use elastudio
We work with yoga and pilates studios in Brazil, in Canada and in other countries, with three exceptions for now:
- studios in Quebec, until we have a French version;
- studios in the European Union and the European Economic Area;
- studios in the United Kingdom.
Sign-up lists these as not available yet. If your studio is in one of these places, write to us anyway so we know you are interested.
What it costs to start
Nothing on Free. There is no setup fee on any plan, and elastudio never takes a percentage of your sales. Your members pay you through your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own processing fees directly to you.
