Sign in to your studio

app.elastudio.app is one sign-in page for everyone who uses elastudio: owners, admins, front desk, teachers and members. You sign in once and choose which studio to open. Your studio’s own addresses stay the same: the admin is still at elastudio.app/your-studio/admin and the booking page at elastudio.app/your-studio. The sign-in page only takes you there.

Sign in

1. Go to app.elastudio.app, or select Sign in at the top of elastudio.app.
2. Type the e-mail the studio has for you and select Send me a code.
3. If that e-mail has an elastudio account, you get an e-mail from elastudio with a 6-digit code and a link. Type the code and select Continue, or open the link instead. Both work once, for 15 minutes.

For your security, the page never says whether an e-mail has an account. It always answers “If this e-mail has an elastudio account, we sent it a 6-digit code.” If nothing arrives, check spam, then select Send a new code, or try the other e-mail you may have given the studio.

Staff with two-step verification on can also select Use my password, type the password and then the 6-digit code from their authenticator app. See Sign in to the admin with a password.

You can also select Continue with Google. If the studio has you under an address that Google does not host (a work address, for example), sign in once with a code first.

Choose a studio

After you sign in you see Your studios:

• Studios you work at come first, with your role (Owner, Admin, Front desk or Teacher). Select Open admin to open the studio’s admin, or My account for your own bookings.
• Studios where you are a member come next. Select Open my account.

If you work at only one studio and have no other studios, the admin opens straight away.

Good to know

• You stay signed in to app.elastudio.app for 30 days on that device. Sign out there signs you out of the sign-in page only; each studio keeps its own sign-in, and its own Sign out.
• Each studio checks again when you arrive. If your access was removed in the meantime, you see “You no longer have access to that studio.”
• If the studio’s elastudio plan is unpaid, only the owner can open the admin. Other staff see Open my account and a short note until the plan is paid.
• No studios on the list? Ask the studio to invite the address you used. Staff invites still arrive by e-mail with their own one-time link, and the invite e-mail now reminds you of app.elastudio.app for next time.
• The page is in English or Portuguese, following your browser. Switch with the button at the top right.
