Passes and memberships
What members buy: class packs, monthly memberships, intro offers and promo codes.
- Create a passA pass is a number of classes that lasts for a set time. Create it in Passes and memberships, check the sentence members will read, and save.
- Set up a monthly membershipA membership is time based. Turn on Renews every month and members pay by card each month, renewing on the same day, until they cancel.
- Offer an intro deal for new membersAn intro offer is a pass or membership with One per person turned on, so each member can buy it only once. Pair it with a promo code for new members if you prefer a discount.
- Create a promo codeOpen Promo codes, select New code, choose a percentage or a fixed amount and set who can use it and when. Members type the code at checkout; staff can add it at the desk.
- How credits, limits and expiry workEach booking uses one class from a pass when it is made. Free cancellations give it back. Passes end at midnight after their last day, and unused classes expire automatically.
- Pause a membershipStaff can pause a member's pass or membership for 7 to 365 days from the member's profile. A card-billed membership is not charged during the pause and its next charge moves later by the paused days. A reason is required, and the member is e-mailed when the pause starts and ends.
