Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages are used, where people get stuck and which campaigns bring visitors, including recordings of clicks and scrolls with all text on the page hidden. We also remember in this browser, for 90 days, which campaign link brought you. If you switch this on, the data is sent to Google and Microsoft in the United States, and you agree to that transfer.

How to run your studio on elastudio, from your first class to your monthly reports.

Move from Software Pilates to elastudio

Bring your members, passes, bookings and sales over from Software Pilates in an afternoon. You export each list from Software Pilates, upload it in elastudio, check it, and import. Nothing is saved until you press Import, and you can undo an import for 7 days.

How Software Pilates exports

Software Pilates has reports for students, finance and attendance, and exports data even after a plan ends, but it publishes no guide to its exports. Look for the export or Excel button on each report, or ask its support by WhatsApp for a full export.

Before you start

In elastudio, go to Settings, Import, choose Software Pilates under I’m coming from… and follow the files in order. Create your passes and memberships in elastudio first, with the same names as in Software Pilates, so members’ passes find them. The platform publishes little about its exports, so your screens may differ: any column we do not recognise, you match yourself.

Only the owner and admins can import, on every plan, including Free.

File 1: Students

  1. Open the students report (Alunos) and export it.
  2. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV (File, Save as, CSV UTF-8).

File 2: Plans and classes left

  1. Open the students’ plans or contracts report and export it with the classes left and the end date.
  2. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV (File, Save as, CSV UTF-8).
  3. If the file has no e-mail column, add one (copy it from the members file): bookings, passes and sales find each member by e-mail.
  4. Create the same passes and memberships in elastudio first (Settings, Passes and memberships), with the same names as in the file.

File 3: Attendance

  1. Open the attendance report (Presença), pick the period and export it.
  2. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV (File, Save as, CSV UTF-8).
  3. If the file has no e-mail column, add one (copy it from the members file): bookings, passes and sales find each member by e-mail.
  4. Past bookings need their classes: import the past classes first with a Schedule file (date, time, class type, teacher).

File 4: Sales received

  1. Open the finance report (Financeiro), pick the period and export the payments received.
  2. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV (File, Save as, CSV UTF-8).
  3. If the file has no e-mail column, add one (copy it from the members file): bookings, passes and sales find each member by e-mail.

Open and overdue charges are left out: only received payments are history.

Upload each file

  1. In the guide, choose Upload this file next to the file. The page says it is using the Software Pilates template.
  2. Check the column matches. The columns the template knows are already matched. Choose a field for any column left on Ignore this column, or leave it ignored.
  3. Check Dates in the file. The template sets it, and you can change it to day first, month first or year first.
  4. Choose Preview, then Check every row. Nothing is saved yet.
  5. Choose Continue to import, then Import now.

Once a file is in, the guide marks it Imported and you move on to the next one. Rows Software Pilates exports that are not real data, such as cancelled visits or unpaid orders, show as left out in the check, never as errors.

If your file looks different

This guide is a best effort. Software Pilates publishes little about its exports, so the menus and column names here may not match your screens.

Nothing blocks the import when a column is not recognised:

  • Any column elastudio does not recognise stays on Ignore this column. Match it to an elastudio field yourself, or leave it out.
  • Use Save this column match as to keep your matches for the next file of the same kind.
  • If the guide does not fit your screens at all, choose Another system or a spreadsheet under I’m coming from… and match every column yourself, as in Import members from a spreadsheet.

Want a better guide for Software Pilates? Send the first row of your file (the column names only, never member data) to support@elastudio.app and we update the template.

What never comes over

Marketing, WhatsApp and SMS consent (members give it again in elastudio), card details, and documents such as CPF.
