Team and permissions
Invite teachers and staff, choose what each role can do, cover classes.
- Invite staff to the adminOpen Staff, select Invite, type the person's e-mail and pick a role. They get a one-time sign-in link by e-mail, valid for 7 days. No password is created.
- Staff roles and what each one can doThere are four staff roles: Owner, Admin, Front desk and Teacher. The owner can also give extra permissions: Refunds to admins and front desk, Reports to front desk.
- Add teacher profilesOpen Teachers and select New teacher. A profile holds the name on the schedule, a photo, a bio in each language, Instagram and training hours, and can be linked to the teacher's staff login. A teacher does not need a login.
- Put a substitute teacher on a classOpen the class and select Substitute for this class next to the teacher's name. Pick the substitute, choose whether to e-mail the people booked, and members see a Substitute label. Substitutes start on the Starter plan.
- Your own profile in the adminMy profile has its own menu: Your details (photo, name, phone, language and personal details), Sign-in and security, and My schedule for anyone who teaches. Open it from your picture (or initials) at the bottom of the menu.
- Sign in to the admin with a passwordOwners, admins, front desk and teachers can add a password. It always works together with a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, so a stolen password alone never opens the admin.
- Your schedule, hours and Google CalendarMy schedule, in My profile, shows the classes you teach and your private sessions, lets you connect your Google Calendar and put your classes in it, and holds your own hours for private sessions.
